Audit terms
A short stub for the $997 Audit. Not a complete legal contract. Email david@seatghost.com if you need something in writing before you buy.
What you are buying
A Seatghost Audit for one US company. Fee is $997 flat, paid on Gumroad. You receive a custom SaaS Waste Report covering unused seats, duplicate tools, zombie renewals, a findings table, totals by confidence, and gaps we will not invent dollars for.
Lookback and timing
About a twelve-month lookback, limited by the files you send. Target delivery is about five business days after a complete intake. Incomplete exports pause the clock.
Your files, not your passwords
You export invoices and admin lists. We do not ask for passwords, SSO, or a seat in your admin console. Do not send credentials. If a file is sensitive, say so and we will tell you how we handle it.
What Audit does not include
Vendor calls. Running cancels or downgrades. Logging into your tools. Recovery work. Watch. A savings floor or guaranteed dollar amount.
Identified is not proven
Numbers in the report are identified from your files. They are not a Recovery invoice. Proven savings exist only after a baseline, your yes, and proof a cut happened — and only if you choose Recovery.
Refunds
Audit is a paid deliverable. We do not refund because the waste came in lower than you hoped. If delivery itself fails, email us. Checkout is handled by Gumroad.
Optional next steps
Recovery and Watch are separate. Recovery has no upfront fee and bills only a share of year-1 proven savings (25%, or 20% negotiated, or 18% on a settle-up). If nothing is proven, Recovery is $0. Watch is $299–$499 per month and is not “no risk.”
